When it comes to engineering the core activity of Z-tech Solutions is central: “Creating a Solution to complex questions in the area of production processes, in which (delicate-) mechanics, robotic and servo techniques are an integral piece in creating a complete solution”.

Our disciplined but also creative approach is one of the cornerstones of the organisation. Your demands and wishes, whether predetermined or made in conjunction with Z-tech Solutions, creates the starting point for a universal course in which we combine specific solutions with proven techniques and not shun “out of the box thinking”.

From concept and design phase through the pre-engineering phase till de detail engineering and the eventual assembly and usage. Engineering does not limit itself to the technical design, in all phases of the creation process there are numerous nuances which need to be run through with much attention.

Naturally, we have employed highly qualified people often with a engineering and/or control engineering background. Also, the mix in the diversity of experience and training a conscious choice; experience and knowledge on project from the past, by the “veterans of the profession”, combined with the knowledge of the new innovations and techniques by the new generation.

We expect that our employees posses the knowledge and knowhow over the proper technical tools such as Solid Works ( the 3D design kit for mechanics) and several software kits for most common use robots, servo-, scada- en PLC-controls and ofcourse the electrical drawing kit E-Plan.

Our people work closely together in multidisciplinary turn-key projects, but are also available to you on site, by means of secondment of service to alleviate temporary capacity problems and/or technical problems.

Our engineers are naturally active with the assembly and commissioning. We believe that when people continue to contribute, the efficiency and enjoyment benefits the work project.
