Transmission systems within assembly

Transmission systems move products controlled from A to B. This can include control via a simple conveyor or through advanced transmission systems. It is about moving within the assembly and we do not mean logistics. It is about the correct use of the right resources in the right place at the right time within the assembly facility.

Always ensure safety

Examples of products transferred through transfer systems are product pallets with or without accumulating works. Another example is fast and flexible warehouse bills. It is important that oriented products are supplied without interrupting the production process. For transfer systems within a production or assembly line, the safety of people must be guaranteed at all times.

There are many options for moving products checked. The transfer system forms an integral part of the assembly line. Because moving products is not a primary processing process, but more is the need to perform multiple operations in parallel (cycling time and space) in several places, it is of paramount importance that only the most necessary transfer operations are carried out (Lean manufacturing) .
