After the installation is put into operation, an optimization process is created with the purpose of increasing the efficiency and thus the output of the supplied installation. If desired, this may be part of the contract, but may be viewed at a later stage.
Smart control system an efficient aid
An aid is a ‘Smart’ control system, which can catalogue faults. This way it is possible to discover which functions within a specified period within the machine are eligible for improvements. These data numbers can be used as an indication for preventive maintenance. To ensure the proper functionality in the long term, we always advice clear appointments related to the care of the installation. A Service & Maintenance contract can be implemented.
Service and maintenance contract
A service and maintenance contract consists of a mix of periodic inspections, preventive maintenance and correct malfunctions. The composition of this mix is strongly dependent of the size and complexion of the installation and the wishes of the client, consignment services are also among the possibilities.
After a with client predetermined period we will perform a first inspection and process or findings in de basic S&O items and eventual record additions in the spare-parts list.
- Periodic inspections: Maintenance is necessary for the proper functioning of the plant and will have to be carried out within certain time intervals.
- Preventive maintenance: defined wear parts are to be replaced early
- Malfunctions: when sudden failure of the plant, within a predetermined response time, the malfunction will be temporarily and definitely solved in a timely manner.
Optimization also for installations of third-party systems
A different approach is to perform optimizations and troubleshooting your existing systems, even if they are not provided by Z-Tech Solutions. We also carry out the relocation of existing production lines. We arrange for you internally and externally the entire process of project management, communication, installation, transportation and providing assistance during commissioning.
